Terms & Conditions of Use

2.3 Account Restrictions

You may only register and maintain one Account per person. Multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, are strictly prohibited. nemo60 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void associated wagers, and confiscate any winnings obtained through multiple Accounts without prior notice.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

nemo60 is required to verify your identity in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You agree to provide copies of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of address, and any other documents we may reasonably request. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your Account using the payment methods made available through the Service, including but not limited to Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the deposit interface and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though certain payment methods may require additional processing time. nemo60 does not charge fees for deposits, though your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified and in good standing.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your nemo60 Account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the withdrawal interface.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 5-15 minutes for verified Accounts, though certain circumstances may require additional security checks resulting in extended processing times up to 48 hours.
• nemo60 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

nemo60 maintains strict anti-money laundering policies. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Funds cannot be used solely for the purpose of money transfer. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or suspicious transactions and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering or other financial crimes will be immediately terminated and reported to law enforcement.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

Cashback is typically credited to your Account daily and may be subject to minimal or no wagering requirements, as specified in the VIP program terms. VIP tier progression is automatic and based on monthly turnover thresholds. nemo60 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP program or any of its benefits at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All games provided through nemo60 utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are operated by licensed live dealers to ensure fair and random outcomes. You acknowledge that:

• All game outcomes are determined by chance or skill and cannot be influenced by nemo60 after wagers are placed.
• Past results do not influence future outcomes (except in games where the game state is explicitly persistent).

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• If an event is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, nemo60 reserves the right to void bets or settle them according to industry-standard rules.
• Bets placed on obviously incorrect odds (palpable errors) may be voided at nemo60's discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all bets and accumulator bets (mix parlay) as specified in the betting interface.
• Bets cannot be canceled or amended once confirmed, except where explicitly permitted by specific market rules.

6. Account Closure and Suspension

6.1 Self-Exclusion

You may self-exclude your Account for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently) by contacting customer support. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account, place wagers, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed once activated until the chosen period expires. nemo60 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening new Accounts during self-exclusion, but you remain responsible for not attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures.

6.2 Suspension by nemo60

nemo60 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• You fail to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.

6.3 Effects of Account Closure

Upon Account closure, whether initiated by you or by nemo60:

• All pending wagers will be settled according to normal rules.
• Your remaining balance (excluding any forfeited bonus funds or winnings deemed invalid) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and AML requirements.
• Access to your Account and transaction history will be restricted.
• You remain liable for any outstanding obligations owed to nemo60.

7. Intellectual Property
